The festive holidays are approaching, and that meansĀ our usual intermission will commence. Everything Film will be taking a short break for two weeks, starting from December 23rd. However, the blog will re-commence as usual starting from January 6th.

The following features will be taking a break during the two week break; reporting on news and Talking Film – the latter will return during February. However, when the blog returns we’ll cover the biggest news in a special Holiday wrap-up, if needed.

However, we will post movie reviews for the year’s big releases during this intermission period, covering ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’, ‘Sing’, ‘La La Land’, and Daniel’s review for ‘Moana’.

There will be end of the year special articles posted during the last couple of days for 2016, including the year in review, report cards for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ films, our 10 most anticipated films for 2017, and some five best articles – including five best animated Disney songs and five films that were overlooked in 2016.

And as 2016 comes to an end, we can look forward to 2017 as when the blog resumes its usual postings, we will get started on the nominations for our annual Everything Film Awards – which will be in its 4th year where you can vote for your favourite films to win.

Nic and I would like to wish all our followers and readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
